Rental of Island "Arisholmen"
Arisholmen is a small island south of Kråkerøy that can be rented out.
Arisholmen is owned by Fredrikstad Municipality. Management and rentals are currently
organized through the maritime community at Isegran. The island offers excellent
mooring opportunities for boats and large green areas well-suited for play and activities.
There are also great fishing spots and a stunning archipelago in close proximity.
Accommodation is available for up to approximately 18 people indoors. There are 14
beds in the main house and 4 in the annex. Both buildings are equipped with kitchen
facilities, but toilets and showers are only available in the main house.
The rental season starts on April 1st and typically ends in September/October.

The motorboat must be booked in advance, and it comes with a full fuel tank upon
arrival. The renter is responsible for refilling the tank before returning the boat.
Refueling can be done at Kjøkøysund Marina, located right next to the docking area.
All use of the boat is at the renter’s own risk, and life jackets must be worn as required
by law. Vandalism or damage to the boat or motor will be legally pursued and must be
compensated. The boat has a docking space at Kjøkøysund Marina, Kjøkøy.
We will start bookings for the 2025 season on November 1, 2024.

We cannot guarantee availability due to high demand. Prioritization will be as follows:
1. Full weeks (Monday - Sunday)
2. Weekdays (Monday - Friday)
3. Weekend rentals (Friday - Sunday)
4. Overnight rental
5. Day rental
In line with the wishes of the owner, Fredrikstad Municipality, priority is given to children
and youth.
